What you'll learn
- Where each setting lives (menu layout)
- Switching the display language and using the loupe (magnifier)
- Hiding ads (Unlimited) and the More menu
1Where to Find Settings
All settings are grouped in the menu bar of the main window.
| Menu | Contents |
|---|---|
| Language | Switch the display language (Japanese / English). |
| Settings → Capture Settings | Capture, stop conditions, output, and more — the core capture settings. |
| Settings → AI, OCR & General Settings | Settings for OCR and AI refinement. |
| Settings → Watermark Settings | Configure your own watermark on exported files (Unlimited only). |
| Settings → License Settings | License activation, device management, and remaining token balance. |
| More | Help, About, and Terms of Service. |
2Switching the Display Language
Open the Language menu and select Japanese or English. The change takes effect the next time you launch the app (a message will confirm this when you make the selection).
On first launch, StillSnap automatically matches your OS display language — Japanese on a Japanese-language system, English otherwise. See Getting Started / Setup for details.
3Loupe (Magnifier)
When dragging to define a capture area, you can enable the loupe (magnifier) to zoom in around your cursor. This makes it easy to align boundaries precisely. You can toggle the loupe on or off and adjust its zoom level in Settings. For more on defining capture areas, see Three Ways to Set a Capture Area.
4Hiding Ads Unlimited
Promotional banners shown in the Image Processing Tool and elsewhere can be hidden with an Unlimited plan. Toggle this option in Settings.
