利用規約

Article 1. Purpose / 第1条 目的

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions of use for all applications and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by StillSnap Project and Aufheben LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

本規約は、StillSnapプロジェクトおよび合同会社アウフヘーベン（以下、「当社」といいます）が提供する全てのアプリケーション並びにサービス（以下、「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものとします。

Article 2. Prohibited Acts / 第2条 禁止事項

In using the Service, users shall not engage in unauthorized access, copyright infringement, acts contrary to public order and morals, or any other acts generally deemed inappropriate.

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、不正アクセス、著作権侵害、公序良俗に反する行為、その他一般に不適切と判断される行為を行ってはなりません。

Article 3. Disclaimer of Liability / 第3条 免責事項

The Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages arising from any change in the content, interruption, or termination of the Service. Furthermore, if a user causes damage to a third party through the use of the Service (including infringement of intellectual property rights), the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for such damage.

当社は、本サービスの内容変更、中断、終了によって生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。また、本サービスの利用により利用者が第三者に損害を与えた場合（知的財産権の侵害を含みます）、その損害についても当社は一切の責任を負いません。

Article 4. Individual Provisions / 第4条 個別規定

In cases where separate terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") have been established for specific features or tiers of the Service, such Individual Provisions shall be applied integrally with these Terms. If there is any discrepancy, the Individual Provisions shall take precedence.

本サービスに関して個別の利用規約（以下、「個別規定」といいます）が定められている場合、個別規定は本規約と一体となって適用されるものとします。本規定と個別規定の内容が異なる場合、個別規定が優先して適用されます。

Article 5. Advertisements / 第5条 広告の表示

The Service may display advertisements or promotional information provided by the Company or third parties. The Company shall not be responsible for the content of such advertisements, the accuracy of the information, or any damage or loss incurred as a result of transactions or actions taken by the user based on such advertisements.

本サービスには、当社または第三者が提供する広告やプロモーション情報が表示される場合があります。表示される広告の内容、情報の正確性、およびそれらに基づいてユーザーが行った取引や行為により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。

Article 6. Transactions and Payment / 第6条 取引と決済

Subscription payments for the Service are processed through third-party platforms (Merchant of Record, e.g., Microsoft Store, Lemon Squeezy). **The purchase contract is established directly between the user and the platform provider**. The Company provides the license under a contract with the platform provider, and the platform provider is responsible for tax collection, invoicing, and fulfillment of the sale.

本サービスのサブスクリプション決済は、第三者のプラットフォーム（Merchant of Record。例：Microsoft Store、Lemon Squeezy等）を通じて行われます。**購入契約はユーザーと当該プラットフォーム提供者の間で直接成立します**。当社はプラットフォーム提供者との契約に基づきライセンスを供給する立場であり、税金の徴収、請求、および販売に関する責任は当該プラットフォーム提供者が負うものとします。
