プライバシーポリシー

This Policy defines the handling of user information (including personal information and personal referable information) in StillSnap (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

本ポリシーは、StillSnap（以下「本サービス」といいます）におけるユーザー情報（個人情報および個人に関連する情報を含みます）の取り扱いを定めるものです。

Article 1. Handling of Captured Data / 第1条 撮影データおよびテキストデータの取り扱い

  1. Local Processing (Principle): In principle, images and data captured using the Service are stored only on the user's local device. The Company does not automatically upload or collect captured content to its servers.
  2. Use of Cloud AI Features: When a user utilizes cloud-based AI features (such as AI Refinement or AI Translation), the extracted text data is transmitted to the Company's proxy server for license authentication and usage limit management.
  3. Data Forwarding and Storage: The proxy server securely forwards the data to external AI service providers (e.g., Google Cloud). The Company's proxy server does not permanently store the content of the transmitted text data. Furthermore, the external AI service providers process the data via enterprise APIs, and the data is not used to train their AI models.

  2. クラウドAI機能の利用: ユーザーがクラウドを利用したAI機能（AI清書・AI翻訳等）を使用する場合、抽出されたテキストデータは、ライセンス認証および利用枠管理のために当社が管理するプロキシサーバーに送信されます。
  3. データの転送と保存: プロキシサーバーは、外部のAIサービスプロバイダー（Google Cloud等）へデータを安全に転送します。当社のプロキシサーバーが送信されたテキストデータの内容を永続的に保存することはありません。また、外部AIプロバイダーはエンタープライズAPIを通じてデータを処理するため、データがAIモデルの学習に利用されることはありません。

Article 2. Information We Collect / 第2条 収集する情報

We collect and handle the following information to provide the Service, and may collect additional information for future improvements:

  1. Account and Authentication Data: Hardware ID (HWID), IP address, and license keys for subscription status management, device registration, and API usage management.
  2. Payment and Transaction Data: Subscription payments for the Service are processed through independent third-party platforms (Merchant of Record, e.g., Microsoft Store, Lemon Squeezy). The purchase contract is established directly between the user and the platform provider, and the Company does not directly hold the user's credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.
  3. Embedding Identifiers in Aggregated Products: For the purpose of copyright protection and ensuring posterior traceability, a hashed identifier is embedded in the output files **only when generating aggregated formats (PDF/ePub)**. Individual image captures remain clean and do not include these identifiers. This identifier is managed only by the Company and will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a formal legal request from state institutions.
  4. Technical Log Information (Future Provision): Although not currently actively collected, we reserve the right to collect application crash reports, operation logs, OS versions, device types, and feature usage frequencies in an anonymized state for future quality improvements and debugging.
  5. Website Analytics (Cookies): Our website (aufheben.xyz) uses Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data (such as pages viewed and referral source) for service improvement. Analytics cookies are activated only after you agree via the cookie consent banner, and you can decline at any time. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.
本サービスの提供にあたり以下の情報を収集・取り扱い、また将来の改善のために追加の情報を収集する場合があります。
  1. アカウント・認証データ: サブスクリプションの状態管理、デバイス登録、およびAPI利用枠管理のためのハードウェアID（HWID）、IPアドレス、およびライセンスキー。
  2. 決済・取引データ: 本サービスのサブスクリプション決済は、独立した第三者のプラットフォーム（Merchant of Record。例：Microsoft Store、Lemon Squeezy等）を通じて行われます。購入契約はユーザーと当該プラットフォーム提供者の間で直接成立し、当社がユーザーのクレジットカード番号等の機密性の高い決済情報を直接保持することはありません。
  3. 成果物への識別子埋め込み: 著作権保護および事後のトレーサビリティ確保のため、**統合された出力ファイル（PDF/ePub形式）を生成する場合にのみ**、ハッシュ化された識別子を埋め込みます。個別のキャプチャ画像にはこれらの識別子は含まれず、ユーザーのプライバシーと素材の純粋性が保たれます。この識別子は当社のみが管理するものであり、裁判所や捜査機関等の公的機関からの法令に基づく適正な要請がない限り、第三者に開示されることはありません。
  4. 技術・利用ログ情報（将来規定）: 現在は積極的な収集を行っていませんが、将来の品質向上やデバッグを目的として、アプリケーションのクラッシュレポート、動作ログ、OSバージョン、デバイスの種類、機能の利用頻度などを匿名化された状態で収集する場合があります。
  5. ウェブサイト解析（Cookie）: 当社ウェブサイト（aufheben.xyz）では Google Analytics 4 を利用しており、サービス改善のためCookieを用いて匿名の利用データ（閲覧ページや流入元等）を収集します。解析用Cookieは、Cookie同意バナーで同意いただいた場合にのみ有効化され、いつでも拒否できます。詳細は Googleのプライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。

Article 3. Purpose of Use / 第3条 利用目的

  1. For managing subscription status, license authentication, and providing API limits (AI token management).
  2. For fixing bugs and providing technical support for the Service.
  3. For developing new features and improving the user experience.
  4. For providing information (advertising and promotion) regarding other applications, services, or new features provided by the Company.
収集した情報は、以下の目的でのみ利用します。
  1. サブスクリプションの状態管理、ライセンス認証、およびAPI利用枠（AIトークン）の管理のため。
  2. 本サービスの不具合修正および技術的なサポートのため。
  3. 新機能の開発およびユーザー体験の向上のため。
  4. 当社が提供する他のアプリケーション、サービス、または新機能に関する情報の提供（広告・宣伝）のため。

Article 4. Third-Party Services and Advertisements / 第4条 第三者サービスおよび広告の表示

  1. Advertisement Display: The Service may display advertisements or promotional information from the Company or third parties in certain subscription tiers.
  2. Technical Communication for Ads: These advertisements are provided as web-based content. Accessing or displaying these ads involves standard web communication, such as the transmission of IP addresses and User-Agent information to the ad delivery servers (including third-party servers).
  3. External Links: Advertisements may contain links to third-party websites. The handling of information on the linked websites is governed by the privacy policies of those respective third parties.

  2. 広告に伴う技術的通信: これらの広告はWebベースのコンテンツとして提供されます。広告の表示およびアクセスに伴い、広告配信サーバー（第三者のサーバーを含みます）に対して、IPアドレスやUser-Agent情報などの標準的なWeb通信が発生します。
  3. 外部リンク: 広告には第三者のウェブサイトへのリンクが含まれる場合があります。遷移先のウェブサイトにおける情報の取り扱いは、当該第三者のプライバシーポリシーに従うものとします。

Article 5. Third-Party Disclosure and Outsourcing / 第5条 第三者への提供および業務委託

  1. No Unauthorized Disclosure: The Company will not provide user information to third parties in a state that can identify an individual without the user's consent, except as specified in this Policy or as required by law.
  2. Outsourcing to Service Providers: We may entrust the handling of user information to trusted service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers, API providers for AI features) for the purposes described in this Policy.
  3. Technical Data Transfers: Data transfers that occur as a technical necessity for providing features (AI processing, ad display, etc.) as described in Article 1 and Article 4 shall be handled in accordance with this Policy.

  3. 技術的なデータ転送: 第1条および第4条に定める、機能提供（AI処理、広告表示等）のために技術的に発生するデータ転送については、本サービスの運用の一部として本ポリシーに従って適切に取り扱われます。

Article 6. Withdrawal of Consent and Data Deletion / 第6条 同意の撤回とデータの削除

  1. Upon receiving a request for the deletion of personal data, the Company shall erase or anonymize the personal data within a reasonable period, except for information that must be retained under applicable laws.
  2. Management of Registration Information: Cancellation of subscriptions or management of payment-related information must be performed directly through the customer portal provided by each payment platform (Merchant of Record).
